Hi,

My name is Kourosh and I am an Iranian-American filmmaker and photographer who loves working on whatever involves cameras, lighting, framing and storytelling. My interest in film and photography began towards the end of my high school career and I went on to receive an AA in Film and TV production from Orange Coast College in 2018. I am currently a freelance photographer and camera assistant working within the film industry.

Photography — My style of photography focuses on capturing life and emotions around me in the rawest form. Currently, my work is a collection of digital and 35mm film. In the near future, I hope to expand my portfolio within the commercial and branded photography space.

Film — I enjoy being on set, where I have the opportunity to be a part of the collaborative effort of bringing a story to life. I have experience in various departments of production but have been working predominantly within the camera department as an assistant. I also love to be behind the camera and am open to shooting more projects in the near future.
